Can we get the VFB file dialogue acting a bit more lik 3DS Max's native one?

Since you are basically strongly building everything around the Frame buffer file output for file rendering - could you at least make it a bit better and more like Max?

1. I want to be able to automatically label animations after the camera view like Max does.
2. I want that when I click on "my animation001.exr" in the dialogue, I don't start rendering "my animation001.001.exr"

And other good stuff.

In other words, if you are wanting to make us use this way of doing things, and not the standard Max file output, then can you at least make it a bit nicer?
