Viewport IPR zoom and region

still missing these from active shade times. would be most welcome and would make using viewport as VFB more appealing option.
or convince autodesk to make VFB accessible through Extended Viewports.
cleaner and flatter UI that way. tired of mess of floating windows I guess (look at Blender, look at Substance).
