  • Delete unnecessary elements after denoising with the stand-alone Denoiser Tool.

In order to save disk space, I would like to have a function that can delete unnecessary elements after denoising with the stand-alone Denoiser Tool.

For example, we want only the final denoised RGB and Alpha. etc

Or is there a tool to delete only any channel from the multi-channel EXR?
(Without using Fusion / Nuke / PhotoShop)

Thanks for the report. We already have this feature request logged in our system (Bug-tracker id: VMAYA-7879), I'll bump its priority additionally. We do not provide such a tool, so for now, using i.e. Nuke to extract channels would be a workaround.

Oh my god, this would be amazing... I could go out one night and come back with my hard disk back!

Hello - I made a Photoshop script to do this. I made a post about it, but the Chaos forums have been shitty recently and it deleted my entire post!

Basically you use this photoshop action on a folder containing your denoised EXRs

Obviously test it out on a backup folder first!
