  • Refractive Portrait feature ( camera projection, image projection and etc)

    Hi, dear ChaosGroup.

I want to ask - is it possible in V-Ray to create this effect?

Yep - put one light above the head. Make a camera projection map (you can either use the 3dsmax camera map modifier to make uvs or use the camera map per pixel map) and assign that to the diffuse of your head model. Make a plane, apply a glass material to it and put the same camera projection map into it's refraction slot.
