Also with command line access to the settings so that I could automate running images back through and applying "look" presets etc

+1 for this, especially now that LensFX, Denoiser, and other layers are controlled by the opacity slider and that the RGB looks different to the EffectsResult channel (no tone-mapping on RGB) this would be really helpful.
