Hi,
it could be useful if during the threshold slider is manipulated, before the update calculation starts, a temporary quick preview of the current threshold could be shown - anything below the threshold is black and anything above is visible. So, the user could get an immediately feedback, what the current threshold doe's and better adjust the value.
