  • Have vray lights respect 3dsmax layer visibility flags - if a layer is off for primary visibility, make the vray light invisible too

    Heya folks!

We use a lot of layer visibility things in work for our passes and if we want a layer to be shadow casting only, we'll turn off primary rays. Vray lights don't respect this in max and it's a bit annoying for me. When I'm toggling pass setups I'd have to turn vray lights invisible on / off for that pass or duplicate lights, otherwise I end up with everything off and my lights floating!

If this is something that can be done, please only add it as an additional option. We like being able to turn off the layer with all the lights in to keep the viewport clean and have them still render.
