Enable/disable environmental effets updates IPR

When I'm using IPR for 'look dev' annoyingly if I enable or disable an environmental effect there is no change in IPR. If I add or remove effects, this works fine however.

My 'wish' is that I wouldn't have to restart IPR each time I want to add or remove an env effect.

Max 2021 / Vray 5.20.02.00001 / Win 10 pro

It's a well known old issue. The problem is that Max doesn't report changes for some of its options and this is one of them.
