  • VrayMoon

Now that we have some really awesome clouds on the sun, I think it would rock to have a Vray moon for when the sun is upside down so we can do full day timelapse easily. Bonus points of it moves properly compared to sun movement.

    Already in the plan
If it was that easy, it would have already been done

Of course, also an option to generate night skies from planets in other galaxies POV as well

If it doesn't get the galaxy far far away, and a procedural death star, imma strike.

So much for the V-Ray physical earth. Next, I think they will ask for terrain generation.

LightWave's plugin "StarPro" includes NASA's star database and creates correct starry skies.Very realistic.

It is also nice that the brightness of the stars is HDR.
