Auto turn off DR in case:

When rendering exposure control (test preview window) and dr it doesnt work so it would make sence to auto turn off dr.
When backing texture it doesnt work so auto turn off before render and then turn on on render end would be great.

Also Lightcache ... one of my biggest hang-ups .. If it doesnt support it then auto turn off ... i totaly agree ..

I'd rather see an error message saying "You can't use DR because your scene is using this, this, and this" instead of just turning off DR. I can already imagine the nightmares of trying to hunt down what in your scene is preventing you from being able to use DR.

And I thought lightcache works with DR, just is calculated locally instead of bucketed.

Yeah it works with a saved map .. but no disributed LC ..
