If Glossy Effects = unchecked, Dont do Reflect prepasses
Topic is pretty self explanatory.. If we are not processing glossy effects, dont do the interpolation prepasses, since they're not used and just take up extra time. (Primarily since you'd uncheck that for test renders, and not do test renders at a setting of -3,0..)
