Light Lister Button Should bring Light Lister to Front

The Light Lister Button does nothing if the Light Lister is already open. If it is behind other windows this is a little confusing. It would be very nice if the button would bring the Light Lister window to the front, and if the maxscript call to open it would do the same in case we want a key shortcut.
