Export to stand alone Model

Good morning.
This is on a long wish list.
Is it possible to Export a Vary model weather out of 3D Max or Vantage as a standalone 3D model for clients to look at and spin around.
Mostly its large models with lots of trees and cars and buildings.

Have things moved on at all for this to happen?

Any suggestions would be great. Also a private login option I think as clients like theirs privacy also.
