  • Implementing HDR Median Cut

    I've been reading these papers and they're fascinating. Significantly faster HDR renderings with barely any noise (you can compare their images versus a typical noisy monte carlo solution.) I'm not sure what it takes to be implemented in Vray but thought it could be posted here:

    This is similar to what the hdr-mapped dome light does anyways.
