I often use the separate reflection and refraction environment overrides in the Vray:Environment rollout. However, it would be useful to have a third option where you could have another refraction slot, as seen in a reflection. In other words, I want to see one environment refracted when directly looking at the object (as visible through camera), but see another environment when that same refractive object shows up in a reflection.
This happens frequently when say rendering a glass balcony with glass doors behind it. I want the balcony to reflect an HDR map, which is set to the reflection override. And I want to see the Vray Sky where one sees through the balcony to the Vray Sky, so I have the refractive override set to Vray sky. However, when I see a reflection of the glass balcony in the glass behind, I see the HDR map in the reflection of the glass door, except where the glass balcony is, where I see the Vray Sky. Obviously this is not desirable.
If unclear, I can post an example later.
