Editable filename-field in VFB-rollout

I'd like the filename-field in VFB-rollout where now the filename is displayed, editable, so I can quickly change a filename without having to go through the filesettings and format-dialogs.

Same goes for the Lightcache savename, the Irr.map filename is already editable.

For the VFB, this is not easy (for the same reason that the normal 3ds Max Output field in the Common tab of the Rendere Scene dialog is not editable either).

For the light cache, I have it noted to change this.
