ambientlight (exclude from GI)

sometimes I have to make images where realism isn't that important. for example an exterior where you can see inside a building on a sunny day.
then I often use the VrayAmbientLight. but when you use it with GI it's slow. I know it's not recommended, but it's a good way to illuminate the interior without placing a lot of vraylights.

is it possible to make an option ("don't affect GI", or "directlight only", or "exclude from GI") in ambientlight?

It is possible, yes - I will add it as a feature request (or maybe the ambient light should never contribute to GI?).
