Default settings?

Don't know if this is possible now (please tell me if it is)

I'd like it if Vray had a default settings that I can set. Currently, when I wish to use the Vray render, I change it to my current renderer and then go to the presets and load my saved preset. I would like it to load my preset by default (for example,... if there is a preset named "default" then use that initially instead of what it defaults to now.)

Does this make sense?

what you need to do is to set up vray the way you want it and then save your empty max scene in Scenes as MaxStart.
then every time you start max it will start with your settings.

The problem with that is that I do use a maxstart file, but I do not have Vray as my default render (unfortunately, I need to use the scanline for many more things) if I switch back and forth the settings are lost so I need to reload from the preset.

Edit: Actually this works for me since I set Vray up in the draft render slot in the maxstart file so I can switch back and forth that way, but it would still be nice to be able to set your own default.
