Passes getting saved with render if saved from vfb / Use max "file number base" too!

As above - if you save a render from the vray 1.5 vfb it won't save the passes elements along with it. Also I've a few projects where I'm using the file number base option in the time output section since a lot of the film shots I'm working on start from frame 1000 instead of 0 - if it's easy to implement would it be possible to add this?

I bet both of these are both already in 2.0
