Memory limit in percent

I've this wishes : Memory limit in percent rather than a value... like that we can just assign a uniq value for different machines with different amount of Ram...

And if it's possible that value should be calculated on the available ram on windows (like that if the OS + some service take 10% of ram the calcul should done on the free 90% and not the 100%)

Yes, I've been thinking about this for some time now, so we'll see what happens. My idea was that the limit would be dynamic based on the actually available free physical RAM in the machine, or something like that.
