Convert Max IES to VRayIES

Like the title says.

If you have only 1 or 2 to do, its quick from scratch, but if you have couple hundred with different values, it could take few days.

Would be nice to select a bunch of max ies lights, right click and convert to VRayIES

I never get the real advantage of the vray ies lights...

is it faster to render? because otherwise, the ies wireframe from max ies are better to have visual feedback in the viewport...

would love to know the pros and cons
