    it would be ace if we could use say a mix map or something to load two or more irradiance maps for a scene, then animate transitions between them.


    this would allow us to fade from say, a day gi lighting solution to a night gi lighting solution, while the direct lighting is animated.


    normally i render the animation twice, once with day imap and once with night imap. would only have to have one render if i could fade imaps into each other.

    if it could be integrated into trackview you could have lots of imaps and cut and fade between them as necessary.

    kinda like multilight in its uses, but maybe simpler to implement?
