      The responsibility falls on whoever makes, uses, sells or offers to sell patented technology. We don't intend to implement round corners as described in the patent (at least not without explicit permission from nVidia), and making VRayDirt usable as a bump map certainly does not infringe on it. However if you wire up a shader network using VRayDirt that implements the same method for round corners as described in the patent, then you infringe on it.

        I think its really sad that we have to go through this. Vlado is correct of course. But NO ONE will go chaise you and check how you did your scene
