Hi,
I'd like to have a separate VRay light strength multiplier at rendertime, in order to have a useful light strength in the Max viewports. Now if you create a VRay light, the default light strength of 30 automatically makes everything lit uselessly overbright in the viewports, regardless of activating the "Attenuate lights" option in the Max preferences.
If possible, an even better solution would be to lower the VRay light strength for the viewports only (like dividing the default light strength by 30), or making the VRay light compatible with the attenuate lights option in the preferences.
Thanks 'n' cheers,
Metin
