"shutter efficiency" is announced by the feature list of VRaySoftimage.

Probably, of course, it is hopeful of 3dsMax.


However, this feature is a bit geeky.
using mind to the residual image of motion blur is a small number.

A priority is low.
may be at the time of major update.
