  • On/Off Checkbox for VRayLightMtl

    Like the title says.

Sometimes I would like to be able to turn off the object that has lightmtl assigned. Currently I do this by setting multiplier to 0, but then sometimes I forget what the multiplier was so I might set it too high when setting up from 0. An On/Off checkbox will work much better.
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

What do you mean by turning it off? Making it invisible and not affecting the scene? Or keep it visible, but not illuminating anything?

    Best regards,
    Vlado

but not actually setting multiplier to 0. So even if my multiplier is say 20, switching the light off will make it behave asif the multiplier is 0.
        Kind Regards,

well unless you have "direct illumination" turned on, you can just turn off "generate gi"
