  • Distributed Render - Ignore Local Machine

Adding a checkbox to Ignore Local Machine would be cool, so non of your local cores will be used for rendering and it will be entirely offloaded.

Yes, yes - we are on it. In fact this is pretty much done, we just need to test it more carefully.

    Best regards,

in the meantime you can just send the job to 1 backburner slave and that slave will handle the dr together with the rest of your dr slaves.
But yes Vlado's "fix" will be more convenient
      Kind Regards,
      Morne

I would include on top of this an option to calculate LC on a selected machine to be shared with the other machines in one shot....solidrocks has that, but an integrated solution would be great!
        show me the money!!

I second this. It would be *extremely* useful to be able to specify a specific machine for the LC and/or IRmap and then push the render pass to, again, specific machines.

This would save a huge amount of time.
