region warning

It would be great to add some kind of warning that the region is active in the vfb when submitting a network render. I've been tripped up by this more than a few times, setting off a render only to find a tiny rectangle of the full image rendered the next day. Maybe it could only be active if files are being saved instead of just when rendering to the screen so it doesn't become to much of a hassle to click through.
