    Is it possible to "release" DR nodes after a render even if the whole image isn't finished?
    Sometimes when we render high resolution images there might still be 10 buckets left rendering and because those 10 buckets are still rendering it holds the rest of the DR nodes until the whole render is complete.
    If the DR nodes were released before the whole image was complete that would free them up to move on to the next DR job.

    Only way I know how to do it is to go into the node's OS and manually kill and restart the drspawner but it would be a nice option to have something like it...

      Yeah I would second that one,
      It would be even better to have a tool that allows you to swap nodes from one render to another.

      Often we have high ress images that are rendering and sometimes another one comes in the pipe and needs to be done before.
      The only way we found now is to spawn on another BB server and kill the nodes, they will sometimes pick up the second DR job, sometimes not...
      A hot swap tool for DR would be really handy, even if I know it's not that most efficient since the nodes will have to reload all the scene at every render, but tight deadline requires un-efficiency sometimes.

          What I would like is a way to set rules by render node groups, for example:
          Setting groups by performance so slower nodes don't work during the final x% of the final buckets or opposite, but the other groups are available for the next rendering
          show me the money!!
