Render History - Add comments

Is it possible to add comments on the thumbnails?,
By doing tests i want to compare two values, like for example changing materials subdivisions from 4, 8, 16 etc but i can't keep tracking all those values on my mind because while i wait the rendering i tend to do other things as well ( i work that way to just not keep doing nothing, i like to be productive) and forgot what i change. See image attached see what i want.

If you right-click on a thumbnail, you can select 'Edit Comment' and type your notes there. Does that work? Or is there something else you're looking for?
