  • Sphere fade exclude option

Sphere fade clips/removes everything in the scene including any lights outside of the gizmo. It would be great to have an include/exclude list so I can keep the same light intensity. Unless I am missing a trick here?

    Thanks,

Light Intensity shouldn't change at all with or without VraySphereFade.
If you have such an issue please send the scene for investigation.

Yes, the issue is related to the falloff of the VraySphereFade which makes to object transparent blending with the black background.
When placing VraySphereFade gizmo's try to align it with the object's center, in you scene the object is placed in the upper hemisphere of the VraySphereFade leaving the whole bottom part empty.
You could adjust the falloff of the VraySphereFade from its options from Environment and Effects window - when the SphereGizmo's radius is set to 1000 and it is aligned the objects center and VraySphereFade Falloff type is changed to absolute the issue is gone.
