VRay Light Intensity for atmospheric effects

Hi,

I would really appriciate new option in VRay Light - light intensity for atmospheric effects only. You know, for VRay fog. It would really help a lot making scenes with VRay fog.

I was thinking about that today, but I'll probably do the reverse - put a multiplier for the direct illumination in the V-Ray environment fog itself, similar to what we did for the hair material. I don't think this needs to be on every light.

I think it would be better for every light, I have scene where I use it and it would be common problem I think. But anything would be great. Can you do that for SP1?
