Save image with ICC color profile

Would it be possible to add a checkbox in the ICC color correction Tab in Vray Fram Buffer to save the Image with the assigned ICC color Profile? It's kinda annoying to do that in Photoshop all the time.

For the moment the only way to do it is to copy the image to the clipboard using Ctrl+C (make sure the focus is on the VFB image itself) and then paste into Paint or IrfanView or similar.
