  • Lights to be invisible in reflections (for selective objects)

    Interior scene, lots of glass, both in windows for exterior and interior glazed partitions.

    If you make a light invisible, you cannot see it, yet it still appears in reflections (i.e. in those pieces of glass I mention above).

    But if you uncheck Affect Reflections, that isn't the same as 'don't show it in reflections'.

    I want the light to affect reflections but NOT for it to be visible in a reflection. Okay, sometimes that's clearly impossible, however, what would be the cherry on the cake would be to have within a Light's Options the following;

    A checkbox = "Hide Light in Reflections" with an "Exclude/Include" Option Box, so that you can hide the reflections of lights for specific objects.

    The only way I've worked it out is to 'exclude' the glass in the illumination.
