We do a lot of car configurator work where the interior leather and exterior paints are rendered a horrible vivid green and these are then colour corrected in nuke for all of the colour variations. At present we have to save out a render and update the nuke file to see what the render would look like when the hue in the green channel is changed.
It would be great if the frame buffer colour corrections had the option to apply the Hue/Sat, Curves etc to specific colour channels rather than the whole RGB image. That way we can change the leather/paint colours in the VFB without the whole car being affected.
