I may have requested this before as it’s a really helpful feature we would use daily on every image we make.
So we would like to have a scene where we override the materials to a solid black – that’s all possible, but we need to exclude objects being xref’d in to render properly materialed, so we need to be able to exclude by layer. Do you think this would be possible? It’s a re-work of the exclude object list to include layers, and maybe even selected, object ids etc, the same as the list for the render mask section.
