Currently (3.20.03) the filename gets only saved in the thumbnail of the VFB history when using production renderer.
Since I often use RT, make previews, save them, save a new file iteration, do some changes, etc it would be really helpful to see the filename in the thumbnail and not having to write it myself.
To be honest, I can't imagine any reason for this difference to be intentional.
