      Hi Vlado,

There have been times when I have opened 3DS Max, opened my project, gone straight to VFB and opened one of the last images within VFB to re-render (or region render). Then, without looking at my viewports I've pressed "Render Last" (because, my focus, my attention, is in the VFB and the image I'm looking at). It is then that I learn that I've forgotten to click the relevant viewport first before doing a Render Production.......

It's a small touch, but it'd be fantastic to simply double click an image in the VFB history, select a region, and then press Render Last and not have to worry about the currently selected viewport in Max.

It also makes sense to put that intelligence into the software - I can't think of a situation where you've loaded the VFB with an image, and you'd hit "Render Last" and would want another image's region to be rendered within it.

        Hi Vlado,

Please can we have this - as I cannot think of any time I would ever want to 'render last' an image that is pulled out of the VFB to be worked on, and overwrite it with another image.

        Many thanks.
