To expand on the Vray Sun and Sky, the system would be nice if it could create full weather system looks. Clouds and storms as a procedural map to the atmosphere and environment. Maybe even include the ability to add a "rain" and "snow/hail" feature. Control from a slightly cloudy day, to the apocalypse.
