  • Auto generate lens effects source

    Hey guys,

I just had a situation where I opened an old file and it was giving me a bit of trouble, so I merged everything (including render settings) into a new scene which fixed all of the issues. The only problem being that I had lens effects active on the previous render, and it's not active on the new one - I don't have time to re-render it.

Would it be possible to auto-generate a lens effects source regardless of the lens effects being used? Surely it can't use THAT much in the way of resources?

In the current builds, save the .vrimg file to disk, open a clean Max, load the image in the VFB and turn on the lens effects - the lens effects source element will be auto-generated.

    Best regars,

Max just crashed, so I lost the chance to save the vrimg.

      I love my job.
