    Hi,

    I just found in love with this stuf, and I'd love to be able to play with it proceduraly in max...

    Do you guys thinks that it could be possible through osl ?

    OSL can describe one step of the simulation for a single pixel, but you'd need some other surrounding code to apply the OSL to one frame in order to compute the next, and then move on to the next frame etc.

      i looked at how to implement reaction diffusion maps but it was too hard in max. a coworker got it working in unity though
      in the end i rendered them out of Ready and used them as bitmap sequences, not ideal though! id put some cash towards getting these into max if anyone is interested in making them
      this is how i used the maps
