DR "Add render server window" with focus already on "Server" field upon opening.

It will be nice if "Add render server" window opens with focus already on the "Server" field. This way you can start typing away the server name/IP. At the moment you have to move your mouse to that field and click it to put focus on it.

Also, hitting ENTER should confirm and close the "Add render server" window. At the moment hitting enter does nothing, it just highlights all characters in the "Server" field.

I agree that the DR / Add Server functionality can be tweaked a little bit, so a new feature request has been added in our system.
