increased bufsize parameter range for VRImg to OpenEXR converter tool

For the GUI tool, the bufsize parameter cannot be set to 0, and can only be set up to 8000.

Is there a particular reason this cannot be set to 0, or higher than 8gb?

There is no specific reason. Will make a note to adjust the spinner range.
