Shouldn't be too much work to dump them in a zip-File whenever a new betaversion is released. Sure, if one get the feeling, that one has to look up something new, one will have to go on the page, but for all that stuff that hasn't changed since earliest betas, it would save hell of a lot of time for me....
(I already tried to get it on my local machine with webcopier, but he missed all the images...)

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, there is ScrapBook

its an extension that downloads whole pages
unfortunately in my case it didnt download the images - had to download them manually to the right directories
took me around half an hour
