V-Ray Wish Item: V-RayBlendMtl Improvements

Hi Guys
Just thinking of some updates for the blend material

- May we have the choice to re-stack the blend material so that the base is at the bottom and layers are added on top
- May we have the ability to drag and re-order layers (Like you can with the composite map and in Photoshop with Layers)

Also: Default value for mixing map and color should be off. There were countless times I got f***** by this. Now I have a custom default VRayBlendMtl in my library, but there's room for improvement
