It would be great if there was an option in the Vray settings to specify a camera to use for purposes of Render To Texture. That way when rendering complete/reflection maps it would calculate the reflection vectors based on on a camera or null position.
I know it would be baked in and "wrong" but it would still be useful and an easy to fix with a VRayGLSL map. But would be a nice feature.
