Yes it is. Collection based light lister including soloing lights etc. things.

Nice job on the Light Lister, looks awesome.
About the icons - let me quickly check this one out and let you know what you can and what you can't use. I'm pretty sure you would be able to use them since they're going to be under open source license anyway, but I need to double-check just in case. Thanks for asking.

One thing is for sure, we're going to be changing most of the icons at some point to have something more suitable for blender, so please keep that in mind.
