V-Ray doenst show on Addons after instalation

Hi, i used the first v-ray 7 beta version for a week, and i wanted to use the lastest beta build, but when i reinstaled it, i cannot find it on the addon list. I can see it located on "user/appdata/Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\4.2\scripts\addons" .
im using Blender 4.2.5 LTS

I'm having the same issue but with blender 4.3.2 and the latest v-ray install for 4.3. I might try to install an earlier version if that works.
