  • V-ray not showing in Add-ons

My install is 70023_blender430. I'm using Blender 4.3.2. V-ray is installed but not showing in add-ons. I'm not sure what I'm missing.

I'm not sure if this is causing the conflicted. I do not have admin right on my computer. Corporate environment so I have to request them for a few hours to install stuff. I reinstalled v-ray, no help but saw were the install is parked . It installs "C/User/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/Blender.....".

Could that be the reason V-ray isn't showing up in Blender Add-ons?

It is the admin rights issue. I just install Blender 4.3.2 to a box i have admin rights to and than I installed Vray for 4.3. Showed up in add-on with out any issue.

I don't know how to work around this.

        Hello eric_elftman,
Looking at the installation directory, it appears that V-Ray was installed directly under the administrator profile on your work computer. This means that, in order to see the V-Ray Add-on, you would need to log into the admin profile during startup.

I understand that this may not be possible since access to the admin profile is restricted on your end. In this case, your IT department can resolve the issue by installing V-Ray and Blender directly on your user profile.
