disable "Fresnel IOR" value if "Lock Fresnel IOR" is disabled

I think that it could be useful to make a visual connection from the "lock fresnel IOR" boolean setting to the Fresnel IOR value.

Hi bardo, Thanks for reporting this. Regarding the issue with disabling certain properties within the V-Ray Material under specific conditions, this has already been logged on our end and is on the development team's radar.
